Each time my thoughts turn to you
my aching heart skips a beat.

my two feet on solid ground,

I have my head in the clouds.

My mind is so filled with wonder

Each time we have to say goodbye,
I so wish that you could stay.

You're never absent from my thoughts

I think of where our lives might take us,

and to see your smilig face.
I long to be inside your arms,
to find your warm embrace.

And even though I realize
that "together" could be hard,
I dream of the day it is "for ever"
